So what is your next step? Follow the instructions below to get all the information you need to be ready for the first workout!

Step 1: Block out the following days in your calendar…

The 7am group runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8.30am starting on Tuesday April 5th at 7am for four weeks.

The 9am group runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am starting on Monday April 4th at 9am for four weeks.

Step 2: This will tell you what, when, how and why

About a week before the first workout, we’ll send all the participants a FINAL INSTRUCTIONS email, please be on the look out for this as it will contain important information about your training.

Step 3: Get Your Stuff Together

Dig out your training shoes, not the same ones you use in the gym as they will get a little dirty. Also find yourself a pair of tracksuit pants and a top. That’s You Ready for ForestFit!
