This is no light hearted trot around the forest. This is a going to be a much harder group of sessions run over the next 4 weeks.
Twice a week on a Monday/Thursday evening starting June 27th at 8pm for the hardest 45 minute training programs I can come up with.
If you’ve been around ForestFit for a while you’ll know all about the rumours surrounding the intensity of our Hardcore group… I can tell you almost all the rumours are true.
We’ll start with the hardest workout of the usual routines and progress from there.
- The Hill Sprint session will be a full on leg burning workout on the big hill
- The Matrix routines will be doubled, doubled in reps AND sets.
- The Tabata session will leave you begging for more than 10 seconds rest between exercises.
- And much much more.
This 4 week program is not for you if you are new to training, you’ll need to have at least the minimum of a 5km run in your legs or a background of regular training in the gym or at ForestFit.
I was not intending on running this group this year, but someone gave me a kick in the butt to get off the sun bed and back in to the forest.
I am looking for strictly 15 dedicated people to come and join the group. If you are not in the first 15 to register, I am afraid you’ll miss out.
Your investment to join the group was set at my usual twice a week rate of just 127 Euro.
