ForestFit runs on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening at 7pm.

Each session last for 45 minutes, and we run a four week program, starting from a simple program to demonstrate the right exercise technique and get you moving better.

As we progress through the four weeks the training gets progressively harder.

For this reason we only take people who are willing to train with us for the four week program, we would prefer that you didn’t drop in when you feel like it.

Our experience has shown that you will get massively better results if you commit to the 4 week program in entirety.
