There Is A Group To Suit Your Fitness Level.
Setting up groups that cater for people of massively varied fitness levels and experience is tough, and whilst all the sessions are designed to cater for beginners as well as fitter more experienced exercisers, we have created certain groups which would suit you better when you start.
The current range of groups are as follows.
7am Group
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Times: Tuesday and Thursday at 7am
Saturday at 8.30am

From time to time we also run some special groups, such as a hardcore group for the fittest clients wanting the ultimate test of fitness. But also a “Start Your Training” program where we teach you as much theory as we do exercise.
