“I can feel myself getting stronger each week”

Claire Weyland – The variety is certainly one of the biggest enjoyment factors for me personally. No two days have ever felt the same, so a big round of applause to Tim and Jess for keeping things interesting and challenging…

…quite possibly the biggest motivator for me personally. I can feel myself getting stronger each week and with that comes an increased confidence to keep pushing myself, resulting in increased satisfaction, so all in all a win-win situation. While I am by no means the fastest/strongest person in the group, I still feel like each time I have pushed myself further than what I thought myself capable of – I have never once gone home thinking “that was easy”. Which goes to show how well you have designed these workouts, since there are obviously different levels of competence within a group that have to be taken into account.

“We’ve managed to avoid getting sick!”

Sam Goodwin – So, a few of us were talking this morning about the fact that since starting Forest Fit, and particularly over the winter, we’ve managed to avoid getting sick!

So far my hayfever hasn’t kicked in either, despite very high tree pollen counts.

Yay for Forest Fit!!!

“Overall I am down about 3 dress sizes”

Sherry N – I’m happy to say I have fantastic news to report as I have followed Tim’s coaching for the last 12 months and am extremely satisfied with the results, which include a 3 times reduction in dress size.

I sent my scale back to the US six weeks ago so I don’t know my weight. I would guess it is 150 something. What I do know though is my skirt / pants size is bordering between a 6 or an 8. And my top size is between an 8 and a 10. Overall I am down about 3 dress sizes. And, of course, I feel great. Instead of asking such dreaded questions like, “are you pregnant,” I now have people telling me I look younger than they thought and inquiring about my regime.

“I am addicted to FF”

Emmanuelle Bauer – They gave me the support I needed not to give up. It’s at that moment that I realised that FF was not only about doing exercises outdoors, being fit and losing fat and/or weight, it was also about supporting each other, motivating and pushing those who needed it. When I started with FF, I was afraid of people judging me, slowing down the group, not being able to do the workout and so on. But I was wrong, even if I was slow; I was never left out of the group or behind.

I bought again new clothes, in first place, because my old ones didn’t fit anymore and in second place, I wanted to look again more feminine. I also found my joie de vivre (didn’t know that it was the same in English :) :):):)) back. Finally, I am addicted to FF and really missed it when I am on holidays or when we have a break.
